Setting up Xbox live help? - is there a way to get xbox live with a regular phone cable
I'm trying to Xbox Live in an area that has the following elements, which may be useful. There is a regular phone jack and a cable box, which offers in-room TV with cable, Time Warner, with the Xbox 360 itself. In another bedroom upstairs, I have a computer with a fast connection to the Internet via a modem. I also have a laptop with internet connection. "Can anyone recommend the best preserved / easiest to Xbox Live, preferably with the material in the same room as the Xbox 360 (I am willing to buy other equipment) Thanks

Buy an Ethernet more dependent from the distance from your room to the computer and connect it to the back of the modem. the best connection, other than that is you must buy a piece of wire for the Xbox, and $ 100, but the connection can not be that good.
best option to buy an Ethernet modem for connecting to the Xbox with about 10-30 dollars.:)
