Can I Substitute Brown and White Sugar for Sucanat or Rapadura when making Homemade Cookies.? - substitute for rapadura sugar
In the attempt to cook on the healthy side. Instead I use no white or brown sugar to any of the above, because I heard that they are safer alternatives. Neither the use of salt!

You can sucanat and brown sugar instead of brown sugar or white. Good luck still chiseling rapadura =]
