Well, when almost 50% of Americans are overweight, you think more people would be a compulsive eater?
I can not imagine that the excessive consumption of alcohol so normal for me (with and without diarrhea) I imagine that all these people who are overweight, not binge eating.
What am I missing?

The term "bulimia" really means that the excessive consumption of alcohol more bulimia vomit after.
We do not know binge eating in these statistics: Is binge + purge.
