Megalodon is extinct shark that lived during the Mesozoic, next to the dinosaurs. This would explain why certain pictures were faked.
About the possibility of being alive, who knows? We know more about the space we have our own oceans. The fact that the fossil megalodon does not disappear after a certain time, they are 100% threshold (though) is still very possible. That's what they thought about ceolocanth. That is, I do not really think that if they are still alive, they would swim over. It would probably be a few areas, like oceans 65 million more will be limited in the past year. Certainly, areas inaccessible to people or been found.
